§ 113.15 INSPECTION.
   Each establishment licensed under this chapter shall be open for inspection by the duly authorized representatives of the village to whom the power of licensing and supervising such establishment is committed. The health inspector shall have the general sanitary supervision of all such establishments or places of business.
