The health inspector may recommend to the Village President the revocation of the license whenever it appears that the licensee has not operated his profession or business in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. When a license is revoked, the health inspector is directed to call upon the Chief of Police to close the place of business holding such license until such time as the licensee has agreed to comply fully with the provisions of this chapter whereupon the President may reinstate the license.
