For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTHORIZED VILLAGE OFFICIAL. The Village Clerk or the Chief of Police of the village.
PARK. The following park areas in the village: North Prairie Park, Novotny Park, Fossland Park, Broadway Field, Paxton Park, Village Park, the Garrett-Langvad Community Center and its adjacent grounds, and the recreational grounds to the north of the Winthrop Harbor Fire Station.
