§ 95.10 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ASHES. The residue from the combustion of fuel used for heating.
   GARBAGE. All organic household kitchen wastes, such as rejected or unused food and food residue, and paper necessarily used for wrapping the same.
   HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH. Inorganic, incombustible household waste such as tin cans, metal ware, bottles, broken glass, crockery, stoneware, and similar refuse resulting from the regular operation of a household.
   LITTER. Any discarded, used, or unconsumed substance or waste. The term may include, but is not limited to, any garbage, trash, refuse, debris, rubbish, grass clippings or other lawn or garden waste, newspapers, magazines, glass, metal, plastic or paper containers or other packaging construction material, abandoned vehicles, motor vehicle parts, furniture, oil, carcasses of dead animals, nauseous or offensive matter of any kind, objects likely to injure any person or create a traffic hazard, or anything else of an unsightly or unsanitary nature which has been discarded, abandoned, or otherwise disposed of improperly.    MANURE. The excrement of domestic animals and fowl, and stable bedding.
   MISCELLANEOUS RUBBISH. Combustible rubbish or waste resulting from the operation of a residence, including grass cuttings, but excluding any highly inflammable material or explosives.
   PERSON. Any individual, partnership, copartnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, or any other legal entity or their legal representative, agent, or assigns. (Ord. 1988-O-3, passed 2-2-88)
   SPECIAL RUBBISH. All rubbish not above defined.
