§ 95.02 QUARANTINE.
   The Board of Health and the Health Officer shall have charge of the establishment and enforcement of reasonable quarantine rules. They shall have the power and authority to place any premises within which a contagious or infectious disease occurs under quarantine, and shall determine the time when the quarantine shall end.
