For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABANDONED VEHICLE. All motor vehicles or other vehicles in a state of disrepair rendering the vehicle incapable of being driven in its condition; or any motor vehicle or other vehicle that has not been moved or used for seven consecutive days or more and is apparently deserted.
ANTIQUE VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle or other vehicle 25 years of age or older.
HIGHWAY. Any street, alley, or public way within the village.
JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLE or DISABLED MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is without current valid license plates and/or in either wrecked, discarded, dismantled, inoperative or abandoned condition.
JUNKED VEHICLE or DISABLED VEHICLE. Any travel trailer, any camper, any motor home, any tent or camping trailer, any motor home or camper box, any boat, car, or other type of trailer, or any boat, hover craft, or license plates and/or in either wrecked, discarded, dismantled, inoperative or abandoned condition.
VEHICLE. Any automobile, truck, bus, or similar vehicle designed for operation on public highways.
VEHICLES, INOPERABLE. Any vehicle in its present state which is incapable of being operated on a public highway and has remained in such state for a period of 30 days.
