§ 93.30 TAMPERING WITH DETECTORS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for an owner, manager, occupant or any other person to vandalize or tamper with the smoke detectors, or in any way render smoke detectors inoperative or to cause them to be impaired in their ability to detect and give early warning of smoke or fire.
