§ 92.24 DURATION.
   The proclamation authorized under § 92.21 shall be effective for a period of 48 hours unless
sooner terminated by a proclamation of the President indicating that the civil emergency no longer exists. The President shall have the power to re-proclaim the existence of a civil emergency at the end of each 48-hour period during the time the civil emergency exists.
