§ 92.12 APPROPRIATION; LEVY OF TAXES.
   The Village Board of Trustees may make an appropriation for civil defense purposes, and may levy therefor a tax of not to exceed $.05 per $100 of the assessed value of all taxable property in addition to all other taxes, as provided by "The Illinois Civil Defense Act."
