§ 77.05 APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter and the fees described herein shall apply to vehicles being towed as a result of one or more violations of the Illinois Vehicle Code set forth in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208.7(b), and further shall not apply to a simple traffic accident, roadway breakdown or other, similar reason wholly unrelated to any of the violations.
