§ 77.02 LEVY OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
   The registered owner or agent of the owner of a vehicle impounded pursuant to ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208.7 and this chapter shall be liable to the village for payment of an administrative fee in the amount set forth in § 77.03.
