§ 76.27 FORFEITURE OF PROPERTY.
   All property, including but not limited to vehicles, are subject to forfeiture pursuant to ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 36-1 et seq. and ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, § 505(a)(3) for any violation of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act occurring within the corporate limits of the village.
