Any motor vehicle may be impounded by the village as a result of a violation of § 76.01, driving while under the influence of alcohol, other drug, or combination thereof or a violation of ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-501 or ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, § 505. The arresting police officer shall immediately notify the village Police Department and have the vehicle removed and stored at the lot located behind the village ESDA Center pursuant to the provisions ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 4-203.
