§ 75.25 TRUCKS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a truck upon any street unless such street has been designated for truck traffic by ordinance, except that a truck may be driven on such street for not more than the minimum distance necessary for the purpose of making deliveries or picking up loads of materials or merchandise. Such delivery or pickup must constitute a direct service or benefit to the occupant of the premises where made.
