§ 73.90 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.
   The Police Department or any special police, including any snow safety patrol, bicycle safety patrol or water safety patrol authorized by the village shall, for the purpose of this chapter, have full and complete jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
