§ 50.143 EXTENSION TO CONTIGUOUS PROPERTY.
   When the owner or owners of property contiguous to the property of any owner who shall have previously constructed any private improvements as described in this subchapter shall be desirous of connecting to and extending such water or sewer line within the street, alley, public way, or easement, then such extension shall be permitted only if in the opinion of the Superintendent of Public Works the existing facility shall be adequate for such purpose and provided that such extension is along the total frontage of the property of the applicant owner.
