(A) The Superintendent shall be notified when the building sewer and/or water service is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer or water supply system or when repair work is finished and ready for inspection, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon daily Monday through Friday, 24 hours in advance.
(B) No connection to the combined system or repair for which a permit has been issued shall be backfilled or covered in any manner until the same has been inspected by the Superintendent or his representative.
