§ 50.099 DEFECTIVE SEWERS.
   Whenever a sanitary building sewer or drain thereto is obstructed, or is found to be broken or defective so that sewerage or drainage escapes into surrounding soil or into adjacent premises, repair or replacement may be ordered by the Superintendent. Such repairs shall be at the expense of the owner or person in control of such property. Such break shall be properly repaired by replacing the broken part with a corresponding new part. No patching of such break will be accepted.
