(A) Tapping sewer mains for which a permit has been issued shall be made at such points and in such manner as directed by the Superintendent.
(B) Whenever any permit for a connection with the water mains of the village is issued hereunder only the Superintendent or his representative shall tap the main of said system where such connection is to be made and shall insert the corporation stop.
