(A) There shall be an inspection fee of $50 per test for the purpose of pressure testing of a water main. An allowance of 1½ hours shall be made for the test. Should the test fail during the time allotment and an extension of time be required, the additional charge per hour rate shall be $30. Should the main require a callback to test, this shall be considered as another test. In lieu of this division, sampling may be performed by an independent certified firm.
(B) There shall be a $60 per sample test fee for each sample, as required, for the sampling and lab analysis. In lieu of this division, sampling may be performed by an independent certified firm.
