(A) All costs and expenses incident to the installation, connection, repair, and/or service of the building sewer or water service line, shall be borne by the owner.
(B) All service calls, including water shut-offs, turn-ons, and service repairs, shall be subject to a time and materials charge to the property owner if it is determined that the problem lies within the property owner's area of responsibility.
(C) The owner shall indemnify the village from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation, service, or repair of the premises served.
