(A) The type, capacities, location, and layout of a private sewage disposal system shall comply with all recommendations of the State Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act and Code and with the State Environmental Protection Agency as well as the County Health Department and village ordinances.
(B) No permit shall be issued for any private sewage disposal system employing subsurface soil absorption facilities where the area of the lot in an R-1 Zone is less than 40,000 square feet and a lot in an R-2 Zone is less than 22,000 square feet. No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any natural outlet.
