§ 50.051 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the County Health Department. The application for such permit shall be made on a form furnished by the County Health Department, which the applicant shall supplement by any plans, specifications, and other information as are deemed necessary by the County Health Department and the Superintendent, a copy of which must be submitted to the village before commencement of construction. A permit and inspection fee may be set by the County Health Department and shall be paid to the County Health Department as set forth in the regulations of such Department.
