§ 50.042 CONSTRUCTION OF PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL FACILITY UNLAWFUL.
   Except as hereinafter provided in §§ 50.050 through 50.056, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
