§ 50.029 SURCHARGE RATES.
   (A)   The rates of surcharges for BOD and suspended solids shall be determined by the North Shore Sanitary District.
   (B)   The concentration of wastes used for computing surcharges shall be established by the North Shore Sanitary District and shall be binding as a basis for surcharges.
