§ 50.021 COMPUTATION OF DEBT SERVICE CHARGE.
   The debt service charge shall be computed by dividing the annual debt service of all outstanding loans, bonds, and the like by the number of users. Through further divisions, the monthly and/or quarterly debt service charges can be computed.
