§ 50.002 COMBINED SEWERAGE AND WATERWORKS SYSTEM.
   The sanitary sewerage and waterworks system of the village shall be owned, maintained, and operated as a combined utility and hereafter in this chapter shall be referred to as the sewerage and waterworks system. The storm sewer system of the village shall be owned, maintained, and operated as a part of the combined sewerage and waterworks system of the village.
