§ 39.03 INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CODE VIOLATIONS.
   Individuals authorized to issue code violations are any and all police officers, all community service officers, all building code inspectors, the Administrator of Planning, Zoning, and Building, and any other person appointed by the Mayor to issue code violations. These individuals shall be called compliance administrators.
