§ 38.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   EMPLOYEE. This term shall be defined as set forth in ILCS Ch. 5, Act 430, § 70-5(c).
   OFFICER. This term shall be defined as set forth in ILCS Ch. 5, Act 430, § 70-5(c).
