The fiscal management policies of the village shall be set forth in a Fiscal Policy Manual adopted by resolution of the Village Board and reviewed periodically to maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, as well as with standard best practices as required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
