§ 35.10 CONFIDENTIALITY.
   The designated record keeper or Freedom of Information Act officer shall not divulge or reveal to any public record applicant any records or materials which are exempt from the terms of the Freedom of Information Act as set forth in Section 7 of that Act, unless directed to do so by a final order of the Attorney General’s Public Access Counsel, by a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Village Board of Trustees.
