The following costs for photocopies of public records shall apply:
(A) The fee permitted by Section 6 of FOIA (ILCS Ch. 5, Act 140, § 6) for paper copies on standard 8-1/2" by 11" paper.
(B) The fee permitted by Section 6 of FOIA (ILCS Ch. 5, Act 140, § 6) for all non-standard sized copies or electronic media.
(C) Certification shall be charged at the rate of $1 per page for individual pages.
(D) Accident and offense reports will be charged at $5 per report.
