§ 35.05 INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO GENERAL PUBLIC.
   Section 4 of the Freedom of Information Act requires all public bodies to display certain information and make the same available to the public for inspection and copying. The Village Clerk is responsible for ensuring that this information is continuously available and up to date as required by this Act.
