§ 35.02 DESIGNATED RECORD KEEPER.
   There shall be responsible record keepers in the village who shall each be responsible for different records, as follows:
   (A)   The Village Clerk and the Deputy Village Clerk shall be responsible for all records except those of the Police Department.
   (B)   The Police Chief shall be responsible for all Police Department records.
