§ 34.41 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Police Pension Fund shall be administrated by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees Police Pension Fund shall be selected and shall have such qualifications as required by statute; members of the Board will be subject to removal according to statute. Vacancies arising from death, resignation, removal, or otherwise shall be filled in the same manner as an original appointment.
