§ 34.06 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police may make or describe such rules and regulations for the internal operation of the Police Department as he shall see fit and proper. General rules, regulations and classification standards are established by the Chief of Police and approved by the President and Board of Trustees.
