§ 34.05 REMOVAL FROM POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   Neither the Chief of Police nor any other member of the Police Department with more than one year of service on the Department shall be removed from the Department without cause and until a proper and impartial hearing is held to determine the validity of any charges made against such member in a manner prescribed by the Board of Police Commissioners.
