§ 33.05 EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Recommendations of apparatus and equipment which are needed by the Fire Department shall be made by the Chief to the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   No person shall use any fire apparatus, ambulance, or other equipment for any private purpose without consent of either the Chief, Assistant Chief, or Duty Captain, nor shall any person willfully and without proper authority take away, conceal, damage, or deface any article owned by the Department.

   (C)   No person shall enter any place where fire apparatus or ambulances are housed, or handle any apparatus or equipment belonging to the Department unless accompanied by, or having the special permission of any officer, elected village official, or authorized member of the Department.    (D)   No apparatus shall be loaned or permitted to leave the fire district except with the consent of the Village President, the chairperson of the Fire Committee of the Board of Trustees, or the Chief or the Assistant Chief of the Fire Department except to answer a mutual aid call.
