(A) All meetings of the Recreation Board shall be held at the call of the Chairperson and at such times as the Board may determine.
(B) All meetings held by the Recreation Board shall be open to the public. No meeting shall be conducted without a quorum present, which shall consist of a simple majority of the Recreation Board members.
(C) The Board shall appoint one of its members to be Secretary, who shall keep minutes of the Recreation Board proceedings. These minutes shall be open at all times to public inspection after review and approval by the Board, showing the vote of each member upon each question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such fact. The Secretary shall also keep records of all the Recreation Board's hearings and other official actions.
(D) Every rule or regulation, every amendment or repeal thereof or determination by the Recreation Board shall be filed immediately in the village office and shall be a public record.
