§ 32.48 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Committee shall meet at least two times per year and all meetings shall be held in a location which is accessible to the disabled. All meetings shall be posted and shall be open to the public.
   (B)   A quorum will be defined as a majority of the membership. Meetings will be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order.
