(A) Members of this Committee shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
(B) This Committee shall be made up of the following members at a minimum, each serving a two- year term:
(1) One Trustee, who shall serve as a liaison to the Board of Trustees. If more than one Trustee serves on the Committee, those Trustees so serving shall choose the liaison.
(2) The designated ADA Coordinator for the village.
(3) The Building/Zoning Administrator.
(4) One resident of the village who shall be disabled as defined by the ADA.
(5) One resident of the village who is not disabled as defined by the ADA.
(6) One representative of the village business community.
