(A) The purpose and scope of the Committee will be to assess and evaluate the village programs and facilities relative to the requirements of the ADA, specifically those regulated by Title II and III of the ADA. The Committee shall serve as a resource for information on ADA concerns and questions from the elected officials and staff. The Committee shall also utilize its efforts to develop and propose modifications to existing programs and services, as well as to recommend new programs, and shall not be limited by the minimum requirements of the ADA. The Committee may also recommend educational programs for village officials, citizens and the business community.
(B) The Committee shall submit written findings of fact and recommendations to the Trustee representative on the Committee, who shall then refer same to the Board of Trustees.
