§ 32.06 FINALITY OF DECISIONS.
   (A)   All decisions and findings of the PZB on an appeal or upon an application for a variation after a hearing shall be submitted to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees, at their next regularly scheduled meeting, or at such other date as they may by motion set, shall act without further public hearing and may adopt or reject any proposed variation or appeal. The Board of Trustees may also refer the matter back to the PZB for further consideration.
   (B)   Any proposed variation which fails to receive the approval of the PZB shall not be passed except by the favorable vote of two-thirds of all Trustees of the Village. There shall be no similar limitation or supermajority required with respect to any other matter referred, recommended or passed in any other way to the Board of Trustees.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation making application or appeal may withdraw his or her petition, application or appeal at any time prior to final decision of the Board of Trustees, provided that any such application or appeal shall not be re-filed until at least six months have passed after the withdrawal.
