It shall be the duty of the Prosecuting Attorney for the village to:
(A) To prosecute all traffic matters and all ordinance violations brought for prosecution by the Village Police Department.
(B) Provide legal advice to the Chief of Police.
(C) Provide legal advice to officers of the Police Department as directed by the Chief of Police regarding traffic matters.
(D) Be available to provide advice to the Police Department as needed, including hours other than regular business hours.
(E) Provide accounting, as requested, to the Chief of Police for all billable hours.
(F) To prosecute all matters to be heard before the Board of Police Commissioners.
