§ 31.144 VACANCY.
   Should a vacancy in the office of Prosecuting Attorney for the village occur, either by the expiration of the term of Prosecuting Attorney or resignation of the Prosecuting Attorney, then the tenured Prosecuting Attorney shall continue in office until his or her successor is qualified by the Board of Trustees.
