(A) The Recreation Director shall directly control the use of all municipal recreation facilities, maintain a schedule of activities that are to be held on the municipal recreation facilities, and remove
from the municipal recreation facilities any person violating the rules governing the use of such facilities.
(B) The Recreation Director shall be directly responsible to the chairperson of the Committee for Municipal Buildings and Grounds and to the Village President.
(C) The Recreation Director shall not be personally responsible for any accident or damage occurring to a person or their property while on or near the recreational facility.
(D) The Recreation Director shall not be responsible for the maintenance or improvement of the recreational facilities under his control, but shall offer suggestions for improvement.
