§ 31.117 DUTIES.
   The Police Chaplain shall minister to the spiritual needs of the Police Department, Fire Department, and other village offices, and shall be subject to being called upon to minister to the spiritual needs of persons injured in serious accidents and catastrophes, as well as arrested persons in need of such aid.
