§ 31.107 OFFICES ABOLISHED.
   The offices of Superintendent of Waterworks and Superintendent of Streets are terminated, abolished, and declared vacant. The words "Superintendent of Waterworks" or the words "Superintendent of Streets" whenever used in the future shall be held to mean "Superintendent of Public Works".
