§ 31.078 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF APPROVAL.
   The Electrical Inspector shall give a certificate of approval to the owner or person in charge of all premises which he shall inspect if he determines that the electrical apparatus and wiring therein fully comply with the village ordinances.
