The Electrical Inspector shall make all inspections necessary to insure compliance with the village ordinances and state statutes. These inspections shall be made at reasonable times and the Inspector shall make reasonable rules and regulations governing the time for inspections. It shall be unlawful to cover up any electrical installation without having had it first inspected, regardless of whether or not the building is a prefabricated structure.
